At the Asia-Pacific Hydrogen Summit 2026, the session Maritime Fuels and Ports: Building Practical Decarbonisation Pathways will explore how evolving IMO regulations are reshaping fuel strategies, investment priorities and infrastructure planning across the Asia-Pacific region.

Industry leaders will examine whether green shipping corridors can move beyond ambition to generate sustained demand for lower-emission fuels, while assessing the commercial outlook for ammonia, methanol and other emerging marine fuel pathways.

The discussion will address a critical question facing the sector: what will ultimately drive progress at scale, regulatory certainty, vessel deployment, fuel availability, or port infrastructure readiness?
